A Midsummer Night’s Breeze

Nature LoversPuckish winds tickle
Leaves and petals.
Blossoms giggle
As cold waves prickle
Their fragile spines.

And your hands tease
Under silken sheets.
The soft caress
Of a summer breeze.
My body shivers.

Like the swaying trees.
Their branches quiver
To the song of the wind
And my heart, shaken,
My soul awakened

To your symphony.

(I dance to the rhythm of your touch.)

  1. Oh you never know when your fantasies translate into realities Ms. A. And you’re not one to stop dreaming and believing, of that I’m sure. And the longing, you’re right there’s no escape from all that. I’m glad you liked this, I’m trying to be a little less cynical these days πŸ˜„πŸ˜
