In the memory of Summer, a Coconut and Lemon Zest Panacotta with Roast Almonds and Chocolate served (to me) with a side of Pineapple and Kiwi. Felt good to move my ass and slog in the kitchen for a change. And of course this was divine, everything Italian is.
